This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on wagloop.shop for United States domestic delivery.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard domestic shipping takes 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or logistics issues.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, size, and delivery location and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions periodically according to ongoing store activities.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and delivery link to monitor your shipment status.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, missing, or severely damaged upon arrival, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery confirmation for assistance with investigation and resolution.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
Orders returned to sender due to incorrect address, recipient refusal, or failed delivery will require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
