This CCPA Notice explains consumer rights for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

1. Your CCPA Rights

As a California consumer, you have the right to: request disclosure of the personal data we collect and how we use it; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of any sharing of your personal data for targeted advertising; and receive equal service and price protection even if you exercise your privacy rights.

2. Data Categories Collected

We collect identifiers (name, email, address, phone), transaction information (order history, purchase records), internet activity data, and device information for website operation and marketing optimization.

3. No Sale of Personal Data

Wagloop does not sell your personal information for monetary value. We may share limited data with authorized third-party marketing and analytics service providers to improve user experience and advertising relevance.

4. Opt-Out of Data Sharing

California users may submit a data opt-out request by emailing [email protected] with the subject line: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

5. Request Response Time

We will respond to all valid CCPA consumer requests within 10 business days.

6. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against any consumer who exercises CCPA privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, reduced service quality, or denied access for submitting privacy requests.
